Permits

Building Permits are required in Annetta South. Please note all structures (including storage sheds, cabanas, swimming pools and outdoor kitchens) and additions will require a building permit and inspections. Demolitions and remodels do not require a permit.

Fee Schedule

Temporary Use Application	$100
Zoning Permit– for a use that does not involve a new building or a new structure	$100
Occupancy Permit– to occupy a use of structure	$100 plus cost of third party review of as-built plan documents and site visit.
Site Plan Review	$500 plus the cost of third party review of required site plan documents
Zoning Amendment Application	$500 plus the cost of third party review of required documents
Planned Development Application	$500 plus the cost of third party review of required documents
Conditional Use Application	$300 plus the cost of third party review of required documents
Specific Use Application	$500 plus the cost of third party review of required documents

PLAT FILING FEES

Rezoning: $500.00

Preliminary Plat: $1,000.00 plus $10.00 per acre over 50 acres

Final Plat: $500.00 plus $13.00 per lot over 3

Engineering Plan Review: One percent (1%) of estimated cost of required street, drainage, water and sewer improvements as approved by the City’s engineer.

Replat: $300.00 plus $10.00 per acre

BUILDING PERMIT FEES

Plan Review: $125.00

New Home: Gross area × $84.11 × .008

All other structures: Cost plus 15%

Pool: $500.00
